Our founder, Andy Smith, grew up in a small blue-collar town where hard work was a way of life. In 2007, he left a comfortable engineering career to start his first company. He had no investors, no safety net, and no real roadmap, just a purpose to build something that solved real problems and made life better for people.
That idea became an eight-figure clean energy company later acquired by private equity. From there, Andy went on to build and scale ventures in energy, manufacturing, logistics, and tech. Some thrived. Some failed. Every single one taught him something invaluable.
